News Plus small icon Nigel Warr

Nigel and his wife Denise bought their first newsagents in Thornbury in 1974. NewsPlus started as a small delivery round from a shop in Park Street, Bristol in 1997. Les Gill and Nigel did the deliveries seven days a week, and gradually gathered new customers and widened the delivery area. Now there are three vans and seven employees delivering from Brislington to Aztec West.

Den and Nigel moved to a small village near Stroud in 2008. Nigel spends his spare time cycling and Den looks after her animals, including Porsche the pig.

They have two sons; Richard who is a Logistics Manager for a large magazine company, and Robin who is a Youth Worker for a college in south London.
